It would be easy, upon first glance, to mistake it for a gazebo. Which it is, sort of.  Wikipedia on gazebos: “Roofed and open on all sides; they provide shade, shelter, ornamental features in a landscape, and a place to rest.” Or this 1871 quotation from the Oxford English Dictionary: ...
